Hot air coming from passenger side vents
Has anyone encountered this.
I have dual climate on my 98 vert. When the Air is on the driver side vents blows cool air while the passenger vents are hot. Hot like if the heater has been turned on. The setting of the passenger is set in the center which means that the driver controls both temp's. I tried putting the passenger control to coldest but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem, but mine was on the drivers side. It was the drivers side air handling control mechanism.
Look for codes in the DIC. (Mine threw a code, I forget what it was, but I remember it was a clear indication of the problem and fix.)

mine was cool on the passenger side but warm on the driver side.
It was simply low on freon , charged the system up , and all was good .
that was last year , have not seen it happen this year yet
