Default LS9 Blue Devil Engine ?

April 3 issue of AUTOWEEK mentioned the new Cadillac Super CTS with the 7.0 liter 505 HP LS7 Corvette engine. It then went on to mention a rumored LS9 (to be out in 2010 or 2011) which is a supercharged 6.2 liter V8 with 600 HP. Sounds like the Blue Devil engine.

Before the Z06 specs were released i was reading auto week and they talked about a 6.4 litter motor, which would possibly power the z06. If you havne't noticed there is no 6.4 liter motor to this day. I must say it sounds like nothing more than hearsay or a rumor. No telling what GM will do till they release the specs.

I was just reading in OT that GM only plans to keep the C6 around for 5 more years...This might be important for a blue devil project...

They had a nice article in the National Enquirer this month. They had a quote from chief engineer Mr. Elvis Presley, I think. That the engine is going to be hand built at the Graceland Engine Plant and will be used in the 2050 C-11!
