hm...well i have a 97 w/91k on it, i "should" get the plugs and wires done sometime i guess, although it runs just fine...and ohyeah i had a water pump replaced at around 64k, um....oil changes tires and brake pads....very minimal upkeep on it....oil change prices are higher than a "regular" car that uses dino oil but it washes out if you go by the DIC and get twice to three times the mileage out of it. my car's oil has always been changed according to the DIC and it doesnt use, leak, puff, any oil at all. great car. (back tires tend to get expensive though...still figguring that one out cause i know i wouldnt ever do anything to cause that)

You should not have to do any internal maintenance... the car is designed to see 200,000 miles. As long as you follow regular maintenance schedules. Use the right oil and change it at the right time.. wires and plugs are good for 100K..... just follow the maintenance schedule in the owners manual. The car is a piece of work.....
