I have not heard good things about these. Seems like there were issues with the plating peeling off. Been a while ago. May be corrected now!

Looks good but $69.99? A bit pricey if you ask me

It does look good (I.M.O.), but just these two responses are in line with my suspicions...I mean..I thought these would be popular..guess not..perhaps for good reason.

I had those - save your money.

If you want something different - try these:

Got them from 21st Century MC (972 417 7177).

Cost a buck or two, but well worth it as this one has been on the '99 since '00, and no issues.

I've got them on mine and they are alot nice than the ones you can get from ecklers. I got mine from design specialties, but they aren't in business anymore....good to know you can get them somwhere else

If I replace my front hood emblem with anything, it'll be a little plastic filler and some black paint. I'd just as soon the thing wasn't there in the first place.

I didn't like the stock ones on mine either. But I didn't like any of the others I saw, so I bought some OEM ones, stripped the flags out, and sent them out to be chromed. I like them.

These are the one's available from Mid America and Eckler's. I removed the emblem from the trunk completely this year. It seemed out of place up on top like that.

I've just finished a number of mods on my Artic White 2000 C5. Mostly SS insert, some chrome on the rear and white where I replaced the corners and side markers with clear/white. Now I am looking at that black emblem and thinking - chrome just like you. Sure do wish we could see some more pics to help. Thanks to those who posted - anyone else????

I went with gold. IMO the gold letters and emblem look great on Torch Red.
