Can I get just a starter solenoid?
My starter motor is fine my the solenoid is fried... does anyone know where I can get just the solenoid? I really don't want to buy another starter just for that... Thanks

I dont see why not, you may have to go to a dealer, but have the starter checked, and make sure its not pulling to many amps. a starter will spin ok off the engine, but when there is a load on it it might be drawing over the amout of amps and dragging. good luck... B

got any friends in the auto repair buss. ask what brand they use. we call them recycling yards here junk yard to others. not a thing wrong with [USED] eg salvagers have interchange books a late model chevy v8 truck might fit taken out of a low milage wreck. try auto zone
