Where's the secondary fuse panel?
I did some work on my 98 - headlight module and turn signals. I replaced the headlight module and they were working great, up and down no problem, then I went to change one of the turn signals in the front, cracked the bulb and seemed to have shorted a fuse. The tail lights and interior lights won't come on, the brake lights and signals are fine but now the headlights won't go up or down. I checked all the fuses under the hood and there is no problem, so I'm thinking there must be a secondary fuse panel????? I don't have an owners manual but this place is better than one anyway so I'm hoping someone can help.....

Crappy part is....I'm doing the work because a guy showed up with a cheque...she's and she's leaving tomorrow...but my wife;s leaving 3 days after so...ya know! I still have my 87 and I'm gearing up to buy another C5 or C6 in the winter

I managed to blow a fuse on that panel when I was fitting my Euro headlamps. Its a really obscure description not apprently associated with headlamps. I think it may have been #6 if my memory serves me correctly.
Worth doing a trial and error check.
