yes they are acrilic. the rear lights screw in with factory screws. the the reverse and 3rd brake tape on. and the fronts pop into place and are pressed fit into place.

I'd like to see a pewter with the front turn signal black outs too.

Sorry for the hijack.

I was pulled for my tail lights being blacked out, and I have been seriously thinking about getting another set to replace them. I didn't get a ticket, just a warning, but a $400 fine doesn't seem worth it. I do love the look and wish I didn't know the price the state of SC charges for that sort of offense.

Default Coupes with blackout kits

Hey all, they look great! I'm waiting for all of my lights to be treated by Corvette Ehnancements however, Richard offered me them in Cherry Black thinking maybe they may allow a little more bulb light thru the lens hoping to avoid the LEO stops in Alabama.

Getting those side lights were a bitxx to get off.

My 99 coupe is white, so I also order the rear black facia from Vette Enhancements. I will post pics soonest.

Go Air Force!

Your lights were just treated Ray, you're going to love them, they came out awesome We'll just let them bake all week and get them shipped right out.

BTW, I highly doubt anybody will get snagged with the Black Cherry black-outs being that they're actually just a darker red color. At least I'm fairly certain that it's less likely. Many are coming out of the factories today with dark red lenses.

Disclaimer: Of course don't hold me accountable. It's just speculation on my part

Awesome! Thanks! Those look great! If I may ask, where did you get the covers for your fog lights?
