Look like the SS brake lines give better brake performance (SS lines don't expand as much as the stockers when you step on the pedal, so you'll get better braking action) so I will upgrade mine while doing the C6 Z06 brakes.
What brand are y'all using?
Thanks,
-Mike

I am using Russel. They look well built, and have survived a weekend of track abuse with racing pads.
A friend and instructor of mine had his Goodridge brake line break at the crimp, and it caused him to wreck at about 120mph at VIR.
He is a former world challenge corvette driver, and has many years of racing under his belt. He said nothing like this has ever happened to him in all of his years racing. This happened only a few weeks after he instructed me at Barber Motorsport Park.
I wish something could be gleaned from this, but it was probably a once-in-a-blue-moon type of occurence.
Tire barriers are your friend. I doubt the vette even suffered frame damage.
