Removing Rear License Plate Frame
I received a new license plate from the M/V division. How can I remove the stock, black plastic, license plate frame from the old plate, without breaking the frame?

It's been a while, but I believe there are tabs in each corner on the inside of the frame that you push with a flatblade screwdriver. Should pop right off.
