Hmmmm, I think I would rather do that than cut my car apart for my mini tub.

I don't know if I like them.

Those seem to be a little more profound than these custom ones that I like on this vette.

I'm glad no one sells these cause i'd be saving up for them.

Actually, those fenders involve a lot more than I thought. After reading this, it looks like the rockers for the rear brake ducts and Tiger shark rear fascia had to be modified too to accomodate the wider fenders.

EXTERIOR custom widebody 4.25" per side done by Automotion, candy apple red over starry night basecoat, custom front bumper air inlet, prototype Tiger Shark rear facia, euro taillights, rear backup camera, Specter Werks non-popup HID headlight conversion, custom front molder lower facia, modified rear bumper and rockers to accomodate widebody fenders and rear brake cooling ducts, custom stainless steel grills.
It'd be nice if they kept the molds for this and mass produced it to the consumer.

I met Scott last month at the Chevy Vettefest Show in Chicago and looked at one of these fenders, the quality is great. They come with a white gelcoat on them and only need to be scuffed and painted.

The fenders you mention sure look good on Mike76002's car. Cost is $800 a set - not bad for custom work.

When I built my flares, Since mine project 2-1/2" from the stock fender, I opted to continue the flare into the rocker panel and down the backside overlaying the rear fascia.

I'll be installing a fiberglass Specter Werkes rear fascia in 2007 and then I can make the backside of my flares a part of the fascia eliminating the overlay technique.

I love the ones on the purple car and 74 roadsters, but the MaxxAC one's look "fat" to me.
