Default Front License Plate Cover Screw Size?

Anybody know the screw size used to hold on the painted Corvette license plate cover? Thanks!

Just what I was looking for. Thank you very much for the 411.

I recently got rid of the screws and just put a strip of velcro along the bottom, so it's easier to swap covers (for shows and such). Not having to lay on the ground to get at those tiny screws saves me from using a number of very bad curse words.

a friend took his front cover and cut the bottoms out of the two holes the screws go thru, effectively turning the holes into slots

and backed the screw out a little ways

thus, his cover "snaps" into place, inserting top first and bottom last

he drove from CA to TX with it that way, greatly exceeding posted speeds several times, no problem
