How do you relearn reprogram the alarm key fob
I threw a few key words in the title for searching purposes. My question is simple. Buddy has a 99 C5 and needs to reprogram his fob. I searched and found nothing. Thanks.

stand close to the car and hold lock and unlock down together for approx. 15-20 secs. Horn and lights should flash/honk and its reset. I have a 97 so might be different on newer cars.

Reprogramming the FOB
All in the owners manual. Your buddy may want to activate the passive feature which has multiple options as described in the owners manual.
