Default 02/to 04 Verts

Hey everyone.. I have an 04 Z06 love it but would like a little breeze during the spring out here in sunny Cali...looking for a 2nd car--02 to 04 Vert...any suggestions on what to look out for...any 'issues' know to exist with Verts during those production years...

Thanks,

David

I have a C4 coupe that has been my daily driver for over 4 years. I take the top off every time I get the chance because I love the open air feel.

I September I got an '02 roadster with 30K miles. There is simply nothing like it. The top comes down and goes up very easily-much faster than the targa top. There is nothing like the feeling of having the top down.

I highly recommend it.

When I bought my car, I had the same issues, Open air of convertible or an extra 55 hp in a Z06, I would of purchased the Z06 if at least the top would come off like the coupe, Oh well a few mods and I've got my 405hp and my beloved fresh air. Drive a convertible on a sunny day and the choice was simply

Had an 01 Speedway White convt since new. Sold it for a 2006 Mustang GT Coupe. Missed the top down fun, dumped the Mustang ( sorry they're crap!) And found a 10K mile 2001 MY Convertible. This one won't be going anywhere! Can't beat that top down especially on those warm Summer nights! Pure Heaven!

I don't think there are any "issues" with '02 - '04 verts.

All I can tell you is, you're going to love it.

No real issues that I have heard about other than the common ones like column lock and rear differential. Check for the rocking seats too.

I've had no problems w/ the convertible. You will want a Window Valet, though.
