Default GM Tech Center - Warren, MI

Hi all - I'm in Warren, MI for training. Has anyone been to the GM Tech Center in Warren? Tours, museum or is it like Fort Knox?? Any and all info appreciated.

...I work for the CCRW PFS Group who work out of the Tech Center.

I could do some checking for you, what do you want to do/see?

I worked at the Tech Center as a Product Engineer at Fisher Body [back in the day] for several years.

Huge complex, with two main areas; the outer area [which is readily accessible for Chevrolet, Assembly Division, etc.] encircles the inner, secure area [GM Styling, Engineering Staff, etc.].

At one time they had tours of the outer area, but I don't know anymore. Have you tried the GM website or calling?

Really anything Corvette related... Design area most likely off limits but museum, tour, etc.

It's a longshot for a non-employee but I'll check their website as the other poster suggested.

Thanks.
