Default How to turn on or turn off TPMS using a GM Tech 2

Hi all,

I just added TPMS functionality to my C5 Z06. It seems like most people who have done this go to the dealer for the Tech 2 procedure to activate/deactivate TPMS. I have access to a Tech 2 at work, so I recorded a quick 2 min video showing the menu selections necessary to enable TPMS. It took me a bit to figure it out so hopefully this can help someone doing the same thing.

The same procedure can be used to disable if you don't like having the system, but my preference is to take advantage of the technology. It saved me on my '01 coupe once or twice so I don't know why you wouldn't want it. If you need any more convincing, race cars use the same system!

Total cost of the upgrade was about $140

Enjoy!
