C6 Z51 Rotors and Caliper bracket upgrade for 04 C5 Coupe
I'm going to a 18"/19" wheel set up with 275's front and 305's rear.
The wheels have 2" lip front and 3" lip rear so can't fit upgraded 4 piston calipers but I want to go with a brake upgrade.
Heard that you can upgrade to C6 Z51 rotors and caliber brackets.
Is this doable? Bolt on with stock C5 calipers?
Any body running this brake combo?
Know anybody with parts or where to get parts?

I have C6 Z51 rotors and brackets on my Z06 behind my CCW's.

89060329 – Rear Brake Rotors X2
88964166 – Front Brake Caliper Bracket X2
88964167 – Rear Brake Caliper Bracket X2
I paid right at $500 shipped for eveything above. You can order from Gene at GM Parts House or from GM Parts Direct.

I went with the Hawk HPS. They dust more, but they grip a lot more too. I felt a big improvement, but I did pads, rotors, brackets and fluid all at the same time. Only thing I didn't install was SS lines. I have several pictures from the install if you would like them.

that's the same one only bigger!!! Did you paint your rotors at all before you put them on? Don't want mine to rust like all the other's I've had so I'm definitely going to.
