Default Running HOt

I have a 1998 and it seems to be running hot? Temp is at about 120C, is this normal?

120 is 248F, is this the temp running down the road? If so it is running hot, time to look for bags or trash in front of the radiator. Check the fan operation as well. Hope it is something easy.

Thats WAY too hot. You should be running around 91 to 93 C or 196 to 200 F. At least mine runs around those temps.

I agree with the advice to check the front of your radiator. It's very easy for debris to get in there.

thats hot but the fans should kick in at about 225 to bring it down. Is the sensor working properly? Does it start cold and run up to 240? Do the fans kick in?
