What's your experience of buying from Kerbeck?
I am in the process of buying my first Corvette. What's your experience with Kerbeck? I am interested in the WHOLE buying experience and was the price competitive (does not have to be the cheapest). Thanks in advance.

If you think that you're going to wheel and deal don't go there. The price IS the price and no budge. They have very good pricing and the stock is great. They take the time to show you the features of the car, radio theft code etc. I would go there again, BUT now our club sponsor will meet or beat their price. If you have a trade don't be offended by what they give you for it. In all, if I was looking for a car and my dealer didn't have what I wanted on the lot I'd drive the 2 hrs.again in a heart beat, Kerbeck will have color, options, and pricing that you want. Bill

Cant say anything bad about Kerbeck but when I was looking for my 2004 C-5 I found Classic (large inventory) to have better prices. Now if your looking for service I would not go near Classic!!!!

I went there a couple of years ago to look at the new C6. I got the grand tour of the whole place. I have to admit it was a first class facility. Lots of classics on display and a great inventory of late model Corvettes. I was about 50/50 on buying the new C6 until the salesman put me in the pink C6 for a test drive. I did not like the idea of scooting around Atlantic City in a pink Vette. Actually I'm glad I didn't buy the C6. Good luck with your quest.

Kerbeck really does have a class act. Been to their booth at Carlisle and seen how they have treated people there and also heard from my customers who have dealt with them. I have only heard good things. If I was going to buy a new corvette, thats the only place I would go. Central Va dealerships make me

Bought mine from Kerbeck in September 2001. They were exceptional to deal with and at that time, the very best price BY FAR..
Things have changed since them price wise. Kerbeck still has great prices BUT those same prices can be found at manymore dealers these days. There are more and more dealers now willing to compete on Corvette prices.
BUT Kerbeck was a great buying experiencde. They did it right the very first time and it all went smoothly and flawlessly.
Highly Recommended.
Personally, I miss Kristen though............ May not buy my next one there becasue she's not there....

I'm glad you asked that question
Hes not kidding but he is talking about the end of the C5 days right when the C6 was coming out...Kerbeck was giving killer deals ...they were selling Vettes at $11,000+ under MSRP(My local Chevy dealers wouldn't even give me $1000 off of MSRP at the time ) ...I picked one out in April of 2004(it wasn't even built yet)and overnighted them a $1000 deposit and it was built 3 days later and when it got to Kerbeck a few days after that they called me and I overnighted them the balance... sight unseen. They overnighted me the paperwork in the meantime and I overnighted it back to them....(Talked with them on the phone several times during the transaction)They loaded it on a closed container truck the next day (Passport Transport)and it got to me a day later perfect in every way(I couldn't sleep for 2 days before it got here )...I even requested that all of the protective plastic be left on the vehicle and they did that for me. Everything I requested they did...Sam Kelley even took an 8X10 Glossy of my Vette in front of Kerbecks showroom window and sent it to me
I can't say enough good about Kerbeck...It was the best experience of my life when buying a new car. My salesman was Sam Kelley...what a pro! I hope hes still there when I get my next Vette ...
BTW...they paid for all of the FEDEX overnighting....
I will buy my next Corvette from Kerbeck Corvette...
I go GahGah everytime I hear the name Kerbeck
OH... one last thing...before I even knew about Kerbeck I called some place in Georgia in March of 2004 and spoke with "Monica" and she offered me a similar Vette for $7000 under MSRP if I could get 2 $500 coupons from GM ...
Heres a few pics for your viewing pleasure
Heres the $100,000+ hunk of junk that rode below my Vette...
When the truck first arrived and I saw the '55 Chevy on the bottom, I told the driver that it was mine, but he didn't go for it

I don't know about Kerbeck, but if you're in NJ, you would certainly help yourself by going to Chevy 21 in Hellertown, PA. I got my first Vette there last month, and the buying experience was great. They treated me like a king. I saved bunches of $$. PM me if you go.

Hey Glenn, I found another one with mine on top and the '55 on the bottom...I had some fun with the camera
Heres my favorite of all of them...the driver was a great guy ...I gave him $100 tip because he really looked after my Vette like it was his own
Woops...forgot the all important CorvetteForum "AZZ shot"

I go mine at Kerbeck and I am happy I did. The process was straight forward, no BS or gimmicks in trying to sell me anything I did not want. Also they put on events and my sales guy always comes up and ask me how everything thing is going.

Are you buying new or used? If new, have you thought about the National Corvette Museum delivery package. Kerbeck can arrange the whole deal for you. I recommend that you look into this. BTW, the NCM and Corvette plant are in Bowling Green, KY, next to each other.
