Default How Can I Make My Old Supra Wheels Fit My Vette?

Hey guys,

I used to have a Supra which I believe uses a 5x4.5 bolt pattern, but the Corvette uses a 5x4.75 bolt pattern. My question is is there a sort of "adapter" that I can use to put these sick wheels on my future Vette? Thanks for any help.

They make adapters, but using adapters will screw with your offset and you'll probably end up with wheels that stick out way too far, not to mention the majority of people I've come across don't consider adapters a safe item.

OK, Why would you want to do such a thing to a Vette? Do the right thing..

There are adapters.

Don't use them, especially on the Vette (too much torque - will not be safe).

If you persist in using them - the wheels will 'stick out' from the fender wells (not to mention, again, these will be unsafe).

Good luck.

A Toyota Vette - I DON"T think so. If you want a ricer stick with the Japanese cars.

Default Geo wheels

I tried adapting my 1992 Geo wheels to my C5. Looked great, but the 20" tires wouldn't stay on the 14" wheels. Dang, had to put CCW 505a's on instead. Oh well, maybe when i get a C6 or C7 I'll give it another shot!

uh i think he has aftermarket wheels not the stock supra wheels, either way there is no way, offset is different and so is the bolt pattern
