The C5 Corvette was produced from 1997-2004 and came in more than twenty standard colors over its production run.
It should surprise nobody that the three most popular colors, making up nearly 75% of all C5s made, were red (Torch Red and other Reds,) followed by a silver/pewter/grey color, followed by black.
The following table shows how the colors were generally distributed by color group:

Notes:
- Data came from established Corvette statistics sites such as Corvette Action Center, C5 Registry, etc.
- The total number of vehicles in the tables in this post do not include the single JD Power & Asso Platinum Purple C5.
- Also, mysteriously missing are thirty-eight 1999 C5s that are unaccounted for in the statistics pages, which show 33270 total cars for that year, but the color figures only add up to 33232.
