You can either take the black headlight bezel off and reach down through there or there is an access panel under the front fascia that can be removed and you have open access to the area.

or if your arms are thin enough reach thr the brake duct opening in the front bumper, push the duct in and down and then reach up to the turn signal bulb.
depress the locking catch and rotate the bulb socket.
It will come out of the lens housing.
pull the socket out the brake duct, pull out the bulb, relace and reverse the instructions...

My LS turn signal gave up while touring, I changed the left front bulb on a NAPA parking lot from the top with my sleeves rolled up. No tools of course. First class PIA!
Using one hand, you turn the socket out, get the bulb out, get the new bulb back in and then get the socket back in! I was bleeding when I was finished with it!!

I'd suggest not sticking your hand or arm in places they don't belong. Save your body parts and use the access panel method. You'll need to drive up on ramps to get under to see what you are doing. While you're there you can clean out the junk you'le find in the radiator opening.

Cleaning my AC condenser wasn't high on my list of priorities ... <G>

I did it a couple of months ago. Here's the thread I started and received lots of helpful information. I had a couple of set-backs, but I was successful. The best access I had to the bulbs was thru the front brack duct.

Good luck.

Best way to the bulbs is thru the access panel. I first remove the tire/ wheel than remove 5 bolts (7mm, I think) that hold the panel on. The bolts are 3 under and 2 at the top. You can look right in and see the light fittings.
