20" Nitto 555R DRAG Radials!
Not sure if the word is out, but Nitto now has two sizes of 20" Drag Radials available. A 275 and a 305, both are 28+" tall.
I believe these are probably more targeted at the '05-newer Mustang owners/blingers than anyone else, but at least they are widening their horizons.
Anyway, FYI guys.

SWEEEET! Too bad the diameter is over an inch larger than stock, it would look really funny on a 20" rim!

That's the problem, they seem to be somewhat ignoring the 19" (thus, ignoring C6s and Vipers). But it makes sense, mostly because the Mustang crowd is primarily drag racers and excessively modded street cars that get a blower three days after they get the thing home from the Ford dealership (four days if UPS is slow). I mean, really, who gives a crap about 'sports' cars that can turn left AND right?! Brand spanking new 'Vette owners must be too old to drag race/drive fast, and Vipers are not allowed out of their garages.
Regardless, they probably sell 20 pairs of DRs for every single set of 4 road racing tires, so the "squeaky wheel gets the grease", so to speak.
Good example: I just attended an all Ford car show, this weekend, with a pretty big turnout (countless numbers of '99-'04 'Stangs in attendance). Just about every Cobra, modded 4.6/5.0 Mustang, or SC'd RWD, had 17" or 18" Nitto DRs on the back (in a few instances, something even bigger/stickier/racier).
Maybe if everyone on this forum emailed Nitto about producing 19" DOT racing tires (and more selection for 18") they might put down their Import Tuner and 5.0 magazines and take notice?
