Vararam installed, but I damn near lost a thumb!
I finally got my Vararam kit on tonight, and I had to do the second half without the use of my thumb on my dominant hand. As I was putting the radiator cover back on I was trying to fit it back in and....well lets just say that it was almost like putting my thumb in a die cut press. It got snapped in between the cover and the metal and the metal stamped a perfect arch cut about halfway down on my thumbnail. YEEEEEEOUCH!! (trust me...I'm fighting the urge to post the pic...) Now I only have half a nail....
Anyway, after taking a few minutes to bandage up and regroup, I finally got it on. I gotta say, it looks great and I am sooo glad that I decided to paint the airbox torch red. I think it looks hot, not I can't wait till tomorrow so I can fire her up and hit the highway and let the computer reprogram. Pray for no rain...

The others are right. That air box looks great man. I got into a few tight squeezes putting mine on too, but I eventually got it on. Be sure you seal everything up good between the air box and the intake. Mine had a leak and it never did run right or re-program untill I went back and re-did everything and double checked it all.
A few tight squeezes on the car, not women

Wow, that airbox looks hot!
Great job, worth the small price of a thumb. I mean, how often do you need that thumb anyway?

OK.. heres the pic of the thumb...I figured I would just post the link to the pic instead pasting it here for those who don't care to see a gross thumb. It only hurts when I stub it or try to grip something. I'm a puss...
