No problem, they'll hold up just like your exterior paint finish. We use quality Dupont paints and prep them very well. Heat isn't a problem.

OK, back to the letters; are they on top of the clear coats or underneath? Also, could you do the lines and the 5.7L to match? Also, on Anniversary Red, is this the same tri-coat as the exterior?

The letters are flush mount and go on after they are painted. The 5.7L lines are included for free, you can install them if you prefer.
