Default Worlds Fastest C5 Corvette!!!

Customer brought us his 04 C5 corvette in hopes to be the worlds fastest IRS corvette. Just thought some of you might like to see some pics of the build in progress. Setup is an LSX 408ci motor with ET 265 6 bolt per cylinder heads and twin 78mm ball bearing turbos Everything you see is fabricated here in house. This setup will be making 2000hp and still have cold blowing A/C!

2000Hp is a mighty impressive number.....but honestly, other than on the strip - what can you do with it? I doubt that the car will be a street driven daily driver, or that it even COULD be...

Sounds fantastic and I wish you and the owner of the beast all the best!

Impressive setup. The bigger question is whether he is going to be able to put all that power down to the street. Good luck with the build.

With that much torque, wouldn't the engine twist enough to snap those two supports you have welded to the turbo housings? Are they bolted to the frame rails or is there some give engineered into them?

Awesome build. I offer to sweep up the garage and wash your customers cars for as long as it takes to work off such a build on my coupe. What say you?

I'd like to see what you're going to use for a driveline. I know someone that couldn't keep the parts in the car with 'only' 1200rwhp. I would think you'd need a solid rear just for starters, but if you can do it, way
