Norris Motorsports-Dyno-Tune done at HP Sales-Pompano Beach
In July I had Mike Norris and Roger at HP Sales here in Pompano Beach do their "magic" with a "dyno-tune" on my 04 C5 with the closed loop VaraRam and open exhaust,(no other mods performance wise).
WOW ! The dyno sheet said 46 rwhp from a baseline 282 to 328. The car learned the new setup over a 2-3 week period and I can only say WOW !
If feels like a 50 shot but no nitrous bill. I was going to sell the car but after the dyno tune I'm keeping it and adding;
1. long tube headers
2. higher stall speed TC
3. a set of 3:42 gears
If you can get to Pompano Beach/HP Sales or Orlando-Sanford where Mike Norris Motosports lives, get Mike to do his thing, you WILL NOT be dissapointed. They didn't promise anything at all, nada, they really produce results. It's worth every penny,(you have to call to get current prcing but its about the cost of a Hypertech or Predator).
I haven't taken the drag radials off since so it's like ice skating in the rain but in the dry, look out. For a automatic with very little mods it screams. The only drawback, 10.4mpg, of course I hammer it 90% of the time so I expect it and it's still worth every penny, even at $5 gallon. Thanks to HP Sales in Pompano Beach,Fl. and Norris Motorsports in Sandford,Fl.
