What kinda Paint for Rubber ?
Hey guys,
Does anyone know what kind of paint would stick to Rubber? I have some All-Weather Rubber Mats for the car. I would like to draw C5 Flags on them in White color. I think on Black rubber mats, White flags would look nice, with Red/White squares in the flags.
Only problem is... I can't seem to find a paint that would STICK to rubber. It would be great if these were available in a Paint stick - like markers, or Pen styel. Does anyone know of such paints ?????
Would turly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

totaly bad idea imo...... but if you insist on proceeding, http://www.markingproducts.co.uk/markers.html or go to your local welding supply and ask about metal markers

I don't know how many colors they come in, but I have black, yellow, and red.
The ones I have used are from "LA-CO Industries, Inc." and are called "Markal - valve action paint marker"

Go to home Depot and get a quart of roof tar and a 4 inch brush=follow the instuctions to page 5--lightley brush until you have 5 coats and put mats back in car--no dry time--enjoy your drive and wear boots

I don't get it either... Was there something I asked that was crazy of weird?
Sorry if I offended anyone And I'm sorry that I don't wana use my regular mats during rainy season, so I put in the Rubber weather mats in MY car (I don't know if that's funny to some ppl). However, all I wana do is draw C5 flags in lower corners of the mats, just so they look more "Corvette". What's wrong with that?
Help is appreciated Sarcasm is welcome too...

Not sure if these would work in your application, but I use paint pens or also called paint markers to mark my scuba gear. I've used them to mark dive tanks, masks, fins (rubber), and all my gear. They hold up well after 100+ dives. But I don't know how they would hold up to foot traffic of a car mat.
I don't know how many colors they come in, but I have black, yellow, and red.

mmmm..You mark
tanks (put on my back)
fins (put on my feet)
mask (put on my face)
can't your dive buddy help you with that?
