No problem with a non lowered car although you need to stop them slipping as you drive up there.
place them on carpet , works perfect
I use 2' x 4' under each

I bought the Autozone "Rhino" ramps and they work perfect. They have rubber pads on bottom so they dont slip. $25 on sale, dont waste your money on the expensive brands.

Default Angle and distance

You'll need a steeper angle (less than 10 degrees) and a length of at least 67" to gain a height of 8-10 "/
The new Race Ramp version has removable ramp section for better access. True the price is high but amortize ten years and that's only 13 1/2 cents per day

You can use the Rhino ramps if you're raising the front, but whether you're raising the front or back, make sure the ramps are not going anywhere or you'll regret it. Trust me, I found out the hard and expensive way - crack my rocker panel. Yes they are cheap, but you might end up spending more if you're not careful. I just use low profile jack now and some jack stands when applicable -no longer use my rhino ramps on my vette, I am saving for a lift though.

how in the world did you do that ?
I've never thought of using ramps in the rear ( that doesn't sound right ) of the car
I've only used them in the front

Having said that....
I love my lift
I also have 4 floorjacks , 8 jackstands and rhino's
Any and all of them could cause a problem if not used correctly

Well, "correctly used' is the right word to use up toa certain degree. I did correctly use them, problem was there's so much power running on the rear wheels that the ramps slipped ( even with the rubber blocks under the ramps ) and basically my car went up and over the ramps. Lead foot probably contributed to the damage also
