I came across a White C5 Vert with tan leather and tan top at a dealer in MN. They bought it from a dealer in Salt Lake. Probably a long shot, just wondering if anybody here traded it in and what they know about it. Thanks!

I would recommend that you have someone with access to GM VISdo an inquiry on the vehicle - all you need is the VIN.

If you don't know anyone that has access to GM VIS - send a PM to CF Member Sponge Vette and ask him to perform the inquiry for you.

The GM VIS will give you service and origination information on the vehicle, which will tell you when the vehicle was placed in service, who the ordering dealer was, what options came on the car from Bowling Green, as well as any warranty service that was performed on the vehicle.

I wonder if it was the one from Secured car brokers that I was looking at http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...a-warning.html if it is I think there are better deals out there. Man I have learned so much since I looked at that car. if it is the same car I think it came from auction.

Yes you are correct, it was at Secured Auto Brokers. They had it marked at 16,900 and in MN it is marked up to 22,900. Now I would have no plans on paying anywhere close to 22,900 but it is a more expensive market for Vettes in general in MN. I have not seen the car in person but through a friend and pictures I think I can find something better. Thanks everyone for your help.

I wouldnt of payed 16,900 so 22,900 is just CRAZY if you ask me
