buy some stuff called Figi-Fresh. It is a spray can put out by BG products. You just have you car running, you AC on high and on recirculation. Just spray it in the passanger side floor board. I did that about 3 times and then 3 times from the crowl and the musty smell is gone.

I also use a spray to "clean up the smell". However, I would suggest to use a "Lysol" type of spray. This will actually kill the mold that has built up. It won't prevent it from happening in the future. To prevent this, let the fan run for a minute or so to let the built up condensation dry out before you shut off your car.

the BG stuff works well, just remember what your trying to get accomplished tho. You are spraying it to where the inlet vent is and then it gets sucked onto the evaporator where it does its work. Breaks down the GOO and that is taken out by the water the evaporator creates. Make sure its on recirculation and try and spray it near the inlet (you can listen to where the inlet is if you stick your head down there) good luck, if that doesnt do the job then you may need to get at the evaporator to get it really cleaned. This issue gets solved on all the new stuff with cabin filters, good luck with it

I all of my cars, I try to remember to turn off the A/C a few minutes before I reach my destination. This gives the fan a chance to remove some of the condensate which causes the odor.
