Grass roots Exotic car show!
Hello everyone!
In conjunction with the Make a Wish Foundation and a few other sponsors, my company, myself and my wife are setting up preliminary plans to hold an exotic car show every first Sat. of each month at my office and warehouse.
We have room for safely displaying about 20 cars, each with there own parking space in my lot. We will be taking small donations for inexpensive food such as hot dogs, chips, water and sodas. It is a free to enter show and at this time a small prize will be awarded for best in show.
My wife and I have a niece who was a victim to cancer at a young age, although she is doing well at this time, it has been a very long and tough road. We feel that we would like to give back at a time when many people find it hard to do so in this difficult time.
The events will be held from 5:00PM -9 or 10:00PM at my building on the Clearwater side of Tampa Bay.
I am asking for input and to see if anyone would be interested in showing there cars for a cause.
Thanks,
Ken
Oh.....I forgot....
I will show my 1992 Diablo, my 1987 Testarossa and my 2001 Z06 slightly modified.
Maybe that will get the ball rolling.......

We now have the full go ahead from the Make A wish Foundation.
Please contact me if you want to participate in the show. Send me some pics of your cars so we can put them up on the Myspace site: http://www.myspace.com/kencodoor
We still have a few other things in the works with the city and sponsors, so I am not saying a date yet, but will keep you posted!
Thanks,
Ken

I'm too far away to participate in the car show, but I'd love to see a couple pictures of your rides if you can post them.
The Testarossa was my original dream car.

If there are some of you who are not familiar with the Make A Wish Foundation, what they do is grant wishes to kids who usually have no cure for the disease they are suffering from. Examples are, some kids want to be a police officer for a day, they grant the wish, some kids want to be a pro athlete for a day, so on and so forth.
This sums it up very well:
"Make-A-Wish makes a huge difference in kids’ lives.
When there isn’t a cure, there is still something positive in their lives to look forward to."
Thanks, Ken
