Default V1 Hardwired with Rocker Switch Spliced In

I've had my V1 for a while now and it has saved my @$$ quite a few times, but I was getting really tired of that bulky AC adapter taking up half the room in my center console. I decided to hardwire the V1 to my electrical system but, since I live in Virginia (the no fun state) I needed to have a way to kill the power to the detector that wouldn't be obvious in case I get pulled over.

I bought a rocker switch from Oznium and got the guys over at V1 to send me diagrams for the ports in the Direct wire adapter, the V1 main unit, and the concealed display module. From there I bought some black RJ11 cable and spliced the switch into it then flush mounted the switch to knee bolster. Then I hardwired the V1 through the harness above the BCM. The install itself was pretty easy, here's a few pics I snapped while doing it. It came out very clean...
