Just remember, the drilled and slotted rotors are mostly for show. No braking performance benefit.

The only other thing I would recommend is that you get rotors that are zinc plated to eliminate corrosion on the hats and between the surfaces....unless that doesn't bother you.

Default PowerSlots

Slotted rotors have completely eliminated the dreaded "pulsating brake pedal" syndrome with my C5 and I opted for the much better cadmium-plated PowerSlot (vs zinc-washed) rotors. Drilled rotors can actually be a liabity, as I have seen many cracks that started fron high-stress areas around drilled holes. Dimples are safer but are for looks only. The Cadillac CTS-V, Viper ACR, and Caparo supercar all come from the factory with slotted-only rotors.

Track the car or street diven only? If you track, all drilled rotors will crack. If you're strictly street driven, it comes down to the look that you like.

drilled and slotted as long as they holes are properly chamferred there should not be a cracking issue with street use.

Had Baer Eradispeed cross drilled and slotted rotors on my '00 - was not a track car at all. Never had any problems with the rotors in the 25K miles that was on them when I sold the car.
