If you have stock T84 lights it's an H4 bulb. You can pick them up at any Autozone type store. I bought a few in the US before I came back to England. They're not brand specific so any H4 will do. It's a dual filament bulb with low beam and high beam in the same bulb.
My Euros can take 135/90s but stock is somewhat lower power. To take the high wattage bulbs you'd need an upgraded wiring harness and relay kit. For stock wiring use the low wattage bulbs. The ones on autozone seem to be 75/70s. You'll need to check what you have fitted and you may have to instal a matched pair. Otherwise if you have different output bulbs you'll have a brighter light on one side.
The Hella bulbs at Autozone are good quality.
