HIDs will brighten up your night. I have sets in the lows and fogs. There are TONS of threads on here about HIDs so do a search and you will have plenty of pics to look at and info to read through.

Are they just a bulb only ? If so save your $$ as they are likely just high wattage bulbs that will burn out fast. A true HID requires a HID bulb and a ballast.

Go to JW Motoring. He is a vendor. He will sell you a complete kit with everything needed, that will work.

Thanks! We'll set you up with a good HID kit. Those things are no good.

I might even have some 35 watt regular kits I can discount. I am not buying new sets of these. I will have to check in the morning.

I have a couple sets of ebay HIDs. not the fake ones but the full bulb/ballast HID kits and they are crap. they work good, the light output is great, but once I tried a set I bought from JW I was sold. his kits work much better (less noise on start up, far less current draw on start up...) and you couldn't ask for a better person to deal with. look no further!

No, that kit won't work with your C5 unless you have the Euro lenses.

This is our slim kit http://shop.jwmotoring.com/product.s...6&categoryId=4

They're good. They won't give you the nice crisp cutoff of projectors, but for this price you can't beat them.

Would you suggest the 5000k for a nice bright white color? anything higher makes it blue right?? i'm ready to order but want to make sure i get the right temp.

i put a 5000k in the wifes G8 and we love it.
also, are these 35 or 55 watt kits?

Really easy to install.

Take out old. Connect a few wires to the HID kit (ballast and bulbs). Test out everything. Connect to stock plug. Put everything back together and you're done.

Yes it comes with everything you need. If you go with the lows and add the resistor you will more than likely need 20 amp fuses for your low beams. If not the resistor might not work. That's the only thing we do not include.
