My new Arizen seats!
I installed these seats last weekend and have been enjoying them since. My car is a daily driver, and with a 34" waist I find them more comfortable than the stockers. I don't think they will be comfortable for anyone with a 38" and up pant size.
I was going to put the Corbeau LG1s in, as I didn't find the A4s comfortable. I chose the Arizen seats for the fact that it could work with the power tracks, is very lightweight (I think Mark from Arizen said it was ~15 lbs), and has the raised harness belt holes. It even has a third hole on the bottom. I have never seen anyone install an LG1 yet, and wasn't going to take a chance.
I don't know why they turn up purple in the pictures, but they are black.
And some extra shots of the car.
The car is a 2004. The exhaust is GHL, the tint is 35% all around, and the shift boot is from a non-supporting vendor that no longer makes them.

They are the standard mounting brackets that Arizen offers. Black. There are no covers to cover the brackets. It is just the power unit taken out from the plastic cover and taped on.
Yes they do with the Arizen brackets. The install isn't the easiest. The power tracks are not difficult to do, but the stock manual sliders are pain simply because they are not a once piece bracket. Once you take the original seat off they separate.

Drifting
Sounds like a lot, but really thats not bad considering other options may cost 1000 each.
If you were to grab the seat around the shoulder bolsters and try and twist it or bend it, how is it in terms of structural strength? At a local speed shop, I've done this to a few aftermarket seats and they were pretty floppy...

We have 1 set of these left. Anyone interested can pm me for final pricing. I would need to know what hardware you want with the seat - the brackets for mounting them to the o/e track like ZYa used (you'll loose about 1" of headroom) or our mounting brackets with sliders as shown below.

confused ...are you saying all will fit a C5? a,b, and c; or any combination of? How would a person know what he wants without additional information...what about the stock seatbelts...do they stay, or must we switch? Do we have to drill holes in the floor for c? Do the sliders b bolt to GM's bracket, or your bracket? Do we lose memory function?

I used the brackets, "A," to attach to the stock rails. I retained memory, and did lose some headroom. However, you could shave/trim the stock bolts to get the seat even lower.
I also am able to keep the stock seat belt. You can see the seat belt release mechanism in the third picture.
If you look at the second picture, you can see the power mechanism.

We designed our own bracket that bolts to the floor in the stock holes ("C") and with sliders ("B") will slide the seat back and forth but will have no power or memory functions. It will sit the seat lower in the car for those who cannot afford to loose any headroom and has locations to mount a racing harness if needed. You can also use the stock seat belt with our bracket. All three pieces needed to replace the stock tracks ("A, B and C") are $299.

Good looking seats. And fine looking car you have too.
