Upper Right Corner Radio Bezel Fit
I did have the infamous radio bezel fit issue as does many C5s. It may be the result of bezel or dash pad warping. The search of this forum yielded the use of electrical tape on the right alignment/secure post of bezel, with some success. I have seen many nice C5s in car shows with this and it looks very bad. I am **** about these type of trim fits, therefore set out to fix the problem. First I removed the center console and radio bezel and did the electrical tape fix. Reinstalled and used the 2 torx screws behind ash tray, 1 screw under temp sensor cover ( by ignition ), and 2 nuts under active handling switch plate to adjust radio bezel. I pushed bezel and held it far to the right, then tightened torx screws. Then pushed bezel forward and tightened 2 nuts under active handling switch....still had bad gap upper right corner of bezel. I continued to resolve this issue.....trying to analyze what would hold the bezel tight against dash pad.
Luck has it...we all need luck sometimes...I pulled up on the bezel under where the emergency brake rests when not engaged...Bingo bezel pushed against dash pad eliminating almost all of the gap!!!!!!!
I took some black auto carpet, actually 7 X 3 inches long..rolled it up and pushed it under the bezel underneath the e brake rest area...UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF RADIO BEZEL GAP.....GONE!!!!!!!!!
You may try this yourself..using your own choice of material under the bezel and see if it works for you and I hope that it does.

You can also wrap electrical tape around the top two tabs of the bezel. I wrapped it about 10-15 times to effectively make them thicker and pull the bezel down, making the upper right corner fit closer.

I doubt it, because Dennis will have already lopped off the pins he's talking about. I specifically asked him to leave mine intact - and of course I have the corner gap to deal with now. Wish I would have just let him do what needed to be done in the first place!
