What are the max dimensions (width and length) of the tunnel plate?
I'm getting some aluminum and cutting a custom tunnel plate...

There was a thread maybe a year ago where a few people were going to machine their own tunnel plates. If you can dig it up I think one of hte guys made a CAD file so that might help you.
