Any tech questions, just ask. Nice addition to your heads/cam mod.

Can this be used on a stock motor? What kind of gains? Will it hurt the longevity or reliability of the motor? With increased lift, is there a higher chance to bend a valve at higher RPMs on stock motors?

I daily drive my car and it's my only means of transportation, so I'm hesitant to mess with this mod...please advise.

if your valve train is using stock heads (ie 241/243/l92) keep your stock rockers. Aftermarket rockers are usually for heads like TF or such that call for a different rocker because of valve train geometry.

You do know this is not correct if you upgrade to the 1.8.1... It is correct if you are going to use the 1.7.1.... You will gain lift by using the 1.8.1 which will make more horsepower.

If I go with a 1.8/1 set will I need to include changing anything other than possibly springs? Swapping push rods maybe?

And what (average) gains would/should I expect for my '02 LS1 stock cam and heads?

Thanks!

Since you asked....

How do these compare with the Yella Terra ones? Hoping for direct factual comparisons - not "these are better".

Specifically interested for LS3

I'm running a set of Patriot Stage 2 heads w/59cc chambers, stock rockers currently. Which of these would work best on mine. Also have a.232/.236 duration, .588/.592 lift cam on 114LSA. thanks
