**JW Motoring turn signal upgrade - Success!!! Pics!!!**
I wanted to share some photos of my turn signal upgrade that I bought from JW Motoring since I had such a hard time finding pictures of this light set-up on a silver corvette. Johnathon, your welcome to use the pics if you like. Anyways, Great product! Great Service! Great packaging! All around great, I highly recommend JW Motoring for anyone looking for a quality upgrade to their vette. Please feel free to post more pics if someoneelse has a different setup.

Thank you sir. I haven't seen you in a while,....or anyone at biffs for that matter. Hey I was gonna ask you what do you think about led tail lights .....? Which ones look the best.....and I think I would put a blackout kit on it now to tie all the black in.

Decent install. It's easier if you take your front tires off which I did and it took about an hour, hour 1/2. I have a supercharger though so I had some innercooling pipeing getting in the way on the driver side. Was well worth the effort though. She looks much more refined now. Even more expensive looking! Us c5 guys have to do something to look sexy next to the c6 bodys.

Melting Slicks
I was about to suggest a move to LED bulbs but if you are thinking of a blackout kit I'd move to silverstars instead. I have LEDS behind smoked lenses and they are near impossible to see in the daylight.
Check out Radioflyers LED options to the Halo rear lights. Very nice.
If you darken the rears i HIGHLY suggest the hi-power LED upgrade, the Halos are also very hard to see in the daylight once you smoke or darken the lenses.
Nice look so far tho....

IMO yes. You will lose a bit of brightness, but the color of the leds is a lot better than stock.
Compare that last pic with the ones on our site (mainly the side marker bulb).

Thanks for the post. I have a silver coupe also and this was the exact set up I was thinking about.
I see you are running halogens. Just from my own experience I would say you should get some LEDs. The Halogens tend to melt the housings and will actually crack the housings. LEDs produce little or no heat, so they won't mess up those nice housings.

Ok ok, so which color on your site would you say would look the best......? The amber color like I already have or the soft glow one as shown in the pic on your site?

Which would you recommend? And I actually have an hid conversion kit with the slim ballasts.

But John is right about LEDs having a much nicer color. They look like a much nicer quality. Plus with those nice clear housings you have now you can see the big halogen bulb, with LEDs you will just see the slimmer LED.
Also if you decide to go LED make sure you buy the resistor harness too. If you don't you will get hyperflash when you turn on your turn signals.
