C5 In dash Navigation?

C5 In dash Navigation?
I have seen pictures of C5 corvettes with in dash navigation and I am wondering how that is done. I have looked into it and as far as I know, the Nav systems that you buy at places like best buy are to large for the spot that the stock radio is. Thanks!

Contact Dennis at Double D Mods...he's a vendor here. I bought my new bezel (which he fabricates like an artist) and new stereo from him with Navigation, DVD, Bluetooth, CD and Ipod. He is completely honest, provides fantastic before and after help and very reasonable in price!!! Let him know that you're from Corvette Forum.

I'm in the process of doing mine now, Dennis is my supplier, not many other guys making the bezels anyways. DD has the best prices and nice combo package deals: this is the Kenwood going in:
Still in primer, being painted or leather wrapped. Do a backup camera while you're at it!

Yup go with DD you will not regret it. Sad part is I put in a order in last week and have yet to send my bezel in(car in shop getting twin disk) and my navi unit is already in!!! I actually called him a few times cool guy. I placed my order then later called again and told him what I was thinking about and he hooked me up on a killer deal. You can't go wrong

Dennis is in Wisconsin, but he ships really well
The whole process of install is pretty straightforward. Hardest part is the in/out/in/out/in, etc. while you are getting the unit squared up with the bezel. Mine still is not "perfect", but neither am I.
Give him a call, he's very accessible. Dennis is one of the good ones, don't ever worry about that!
