OMG - my Flowmasters sound AWESOME!
HO-LEE COW, I can't believe everyone here isn't running these things. I just had them installed today at Johnny Franklins. My wife was with me and she doesn't like it when I get on it much, so I took it easy today. Still, just revving it gently through the gears the car just sounds frackin' awesome as hell! Can't wait to post a video of it. No drone inside at cruise, although there is a little bit of a drone in 6th when climbing a hill - nothing unexpected - and only slightly louder than the ti's doing the same thing. Great burble when you decell against the engine, but most of all just an incredible song past about 3500 rpm.
As soon as we fired it up at the muffler shop, the two guys I was talking to both exclaimed how great it sounded. They were shipped in a box of styrofoam peanuts and the openings weren't taped off, so when the muffler dude revved it the first time, about 50 peanuts came shooting out of the tips - pretty funny.
I can't wait to drive to work tomorrow!

I've had Flowmasters on the wifes 98 convt for 4 years now and Love them.
I've got Flowmasters on my Silverado pickup, and am putting them on our 57 Chevy 210. Hell, if the made them for bikes I'd probably have them on my Harley.

A good sounding exhaust makes a world of difference. Congrats and post up that video when you can.

I loved my Flowmasters when I had them -
I just wish they had nicer tips - But I heard they were supposed to come out with some Polished Flowmasters like the C6's for our Vette's - I guess we will see!
Any Pics?
Thanks,Matt

I got the ones with the round tips that have the Flowmaster logo embossed on them. I really don't like the "double D" tips they also offer. I also like that these stick out a little bit in the back like the stock system did. The ti system didn't do that.
I don't have a way to mount a camera in the car - maybe I'll have to just do a hand-held video today.

I love my flowmasters, too! I get lots of compliments on how my car sounds. Now you'll be like me, driving around with the air conditioning on and the windows down!

Glad you like them!

They're direct replacement mufflers. There are two different sets of part numbers depending on the round or D shapped tips - so mine are 525802L and 525802R (left & right).
