Q: Are C5 Z06 rims same size as stock rims?

Q: Are C5 Z06 rims same size as stock rims?
i am looking to put a full set of chrome C5 Z06 rims on my coupe but seem to think that ALL four Z06 rims are 18 inches. My stock rims are 17's in front and 18's in back and i don't need tires. Am i right or wrong?

Stock C5 Coupe/Vert/FRC 17x8.5 front 18x9.5 rear
Stock C5 Z06 17x9.5 front 18x10.5 rear
Stock C5 Z06 17x9.5 front 18x10.5 rear

If you have stock coupe size tires, yes the will fit factory C5Z wheels. They will be stretched a bit but it will fit. I would advise just to get wider tires. But if you cant afford tires then itll work till you can. Yes they will also fit in the wheel well. All C5's are the same body width.

The Z06 rims are 17/18 but the fronts are 9.5" wide and the rears are 10.5" wide compared to the stock 8.5/9.5.

If you're going to change to C5 ZO6 wheels, the tires should be changed to the right size.

Tire size changes all depends on the tire manufacturer. They each have tolerances of rim widths. Tirerack.com has the info on their site.
For instance here is the list for the Michelin Pilot Sport in stock sizes. Note the rears are fine for the Z06 sizes.
