What's the ground clearance on these? Will they scrape on lowered C5's?

Looks like these will pop right off on me as soon as I go up my driveway.

I have these on my car and have never experienced any problems with them scraping - but my car is not lowered. I bought them because they mount without drilling into the body panels and they do a good job of protecting the car from rock chips. For the price, they are hard to beat. On a level surface, the fronts sit a little less than 4" off the ground and the rears sit a little over 6" off the ground.

Just bought the c5 stealth splash guard kit, I get how you install the front. Which edge on the clip goes on the back end does the pointed end hit the guard or the inside of the fender well? also to me it seems like the backe ones would fall off after a while?

These C5 Corvette splash guards use stock hole locations to mount in combination with provide clips. We provide new push clips to install the rear splash guards. These splash guards are made for the C5 Corvette, they are not a universal splash guard kit. These were designed to follow the body lines of the C5 Corvette and to remain almost un-seen, yet provide protection.

I just ordered a set. I'm hoping I can take them on and off easily.

I want them on at the race track.
Stickies are really tearing up the fiberglass even with plastic dip.
