I don't see how. Looking at my Z06 and my 99 with the 396 wheels I don't see there being enough room. It's already pretty tight in there. I also thought ( I may be wrong) that the C6 Z06 calipers were not a direct bolt on.

C6 Z06 Brakes are a direct bolt on. Just need wheels to clear.

Mallett wheels are 18" front and rear, but not sure for the back spacing. Any one else know of this or what back spacing is needed to clear them?

It's not so much the back spacing as it is the design of the spokes. Spokes on some wheels seem to taper inward. That definitely takes away from the size of the brakes you could run. Spaced properly to clear large brakes with such a spoke design will push that wheel further out.

I can't see any pics of said wheel here at work, I'm just talking in general.

What is the ID (inner Diameter) of the wheel? It looks like it's a small ID compared to the OD. Like the outside of the wheel is stepped down to the smaller ID barrel. Not sure if I'm expaining that well, but it makes sense to me.

I c what you are saying, i am gonna have to check the ID. What's the ID of the stock Z06 rear wheel? Cause with the stock Z06 rear wheel if used in the front you can fit the C6 Z06 calipers behind them.

Right, I'll go out and measure the ID of my wheels right now. BRB

EDIT: looks to be right at 17-7/8" or just a hair under. At the least they would be 17-13/16.

My wheels are Alcoas and Forged Aluminum. The Speedlines seem to have a thinner barrel (spun cast aluminum) and may even have a little more clearance. I hope this helps.

EDIT #2: haha I guess the ID of the speedlines don't matter. As long as we know an ID of a wheel that clears, and that would be the Alcoa's in this case. Duh

I just measured the front wheel ID an I got about 16 3/4, so you think is enough to clear the calipers?

I highly doubt it. I only have about a 1/4" clearance caliper to Barrel.

If you're desperate just mock it up on the car with one side. remove your caliper and lay it on the lower control arm and do a test fit with the C6Z calipers, rotors and wheels.

Good idea, one of my friends got a C6Z so what i am gonna do is test fit the front wheel on his car if the wheel fits it's a green light for me to go a head and order them if not i am just gonna stay with what i have.

I will update you on this as soon as i do the test fit.

Bingo, the wheel fits and only rquire a 1/8 spacer to clear the caliper, cause the wheel spokes barly tuching the the edge of the caliper. No probler with the ID what so ever.
