Default Siphoning Gas from C5 & C6 + More

We are expecting a hurricane here in RI and I was wondering if siphoning gasoline from my C5 or C6 is difficult. I don't want to store too much gasoline in containers for my generator . I haven't siphoned gasoline since I was a teanager (early sixtys) and would like to know if the process of siphoning from a C5 or C6 is the same or have the tanks changed from the old days. Also how about my other vehicles like my family sedans? We could be out of power for awile. Thanks, Mike

I would do the other way around buddy. I would fill up everything I could with fuel and containers too.
