Hey guys, picked up a 97 C5 last week and where I live, they require a front license plate. I removed the small screws at the bottom of the filler to find no holes to mount my license plate to. I have attached a photo from online (not mine) that shows exactly what I mean. I want to try and avoid drilling any holes or putting double sided tape if at all possible. The car also came with a clear cover to install after I get the plate on. How do I mount this front plate?!?!?!

I had the same issue. If you look at my earlier post it will provide you with some info. I later decided to go with the factory bracket and it uses the two holes you have just above the small screw holes used by the filler. I can send you a photo if needed. Best wishes!
