Default Nitro fill pressure?

I just installed some brand new Hankook v12's and am planning on getting the tires nitrogen filled. What should I ask them to fill them at? If it's cold pressure I was thinking 28 front and rear?

Nitrogen is nothing but smoke and mirrors, so don't waste your money.

But it generates about 2 or 3 long threads a year in C6 General.

Pretty much a waste of money on the street. Used in racing to minimize tire pressure changes under heating.

But if you insist on going that route, fill them to 30 psi.

Laugh all you want, but after filling the tires with Nitrogen and adding a performance hood seal, my mpg increased 2 billion percent.

Next up, the turbonator and I'm pretty sure it will start generating it's own gas after that.

Seriously though OP, nothing wrong with N2, just keep expectations in check. The biggest benefit from it is that there is no moisture in it like typical compressed air and as others mentioned, a little more consistant pressure.

It's 5-10 per tire, so 30$ wasted is ok with me for more consistent tire pressure.

I run 78% nitrogen in mine at 30 psi. Oh, and it's free.

But it's getting more difficult since most places now charge 75 cents to use the 80% nitrogen stations.

It really won't make any difference in the realm of more consistant tire pressure. What it will do is reduce your bank account by 30 bucks.
