Hi, Chip!
I have a 2010 C6 Z06 tuned with an Unichip piggyback.
About the check engine light coming on because of the headers:
Is it possible to tune out the rear O2 sensor with that kind of tune? (piggyback)
Is it the same thing for the off road pipes/no cats?

You can tune out the rear O2's - Not sure about the Unichip -
never heard of/used it before
