Default Can I get your opinion on some wheels?

I know, I know...I'm asking for it! But I was wondering if you guys could give me your opinions between these two options. One is my stock wagon wheels with the dress up decal kit that is on the car now. The other is a photoshop job by Pshopcars107 (thanks man! ) showing my stock wagons if I painted the spokes, but kept a silver ring around them. I can't afford a new set of wheels, so that isn't an option. I have to go with one of these two. What do you guys think?

I'd PlastiDip them and drive it for a while. You can always tear it off if you don't like it.

I like the paint on the spokes, I've never seen that before, and it seems very original.

I wouldn't do the straight black with a silver car, I don't think the colors match very well. But that is my opinion. It's your car, do what you like

I agree...that's why I wanted to leave the silver lip around the edge to break it up. Do you think it is too thin, and unnoticeable? If so, here is another option...a wider edge. The inner "lip" is left the stock silver in this picture.

I'd go with the decal kit, but I hate black wheels on anything. I even put stainless simulators on my motor home.

Narrow lip.

Maybe wide lip with Competition Gray spokes.

Plasti-Dip is your friend for projects like this. Try a little masking and spraying and those wagons can look somewhat less than bland.

I have seen the decal kit with the carbon fiber center caps on a couple of cars, they looked a lot better than the stock, and not that expensive

I vote for leaving the wheels 100% stock and just saving up money for upgraded aftermarket wheels.

I like #1 as well, I messed with my wheels as well, nothing is really great, but of your options, the first looks the best to me, for what its worth.

if you are going to get a set of wheels go for the ccw chrome thin spoks, black does nothing for the car. my 2 cents,
